Position Summary
Position Summary
To provide a management of change administration service to Solvents Sasolburg Operations.

Required outputs: Functional
Responsible for administration, co-ordination and registration of all the MOCís.
Ensure that the necessary information required to administer the MOC system is supplied.
Advise the Concept Review & Approval Team with procedural options within departmental policies and guidelines.
Tracks the process progress status; provides general guidance in the MOC process.
Provides reports to the Concept Review & Approval Team and owners of all MOCís.
Organising of meetings.
Accurate document/information processing and management.
General office administration, including filing system.
Develop and maintain effective relationships and networks.
Liaising effectively with other departments, internal and external stakeholders.
Renders an effective professional service including the preparation of and editing of presentations.
Create and maintain effective office administrative systems and processes.
Create and maintain effective information management systems and processes.
Provide support to Business Unit Operational Excellence Forums/Committees where relevant.
Ensures adherence to performance contract measures and drives own Personal Development Plan.
Conduct regular system data and information integrity checks and addresses deviations with relevant staff.
Supports Business Unit line management with relevant requests for administrative support.

Matric / NQF 4

Computer literacy
General administration background
Microsoft Professional Office Suite
Basic report writing knowledge
Good command of English language
